We all have ups and downs.
I am in the middle of my down.
My dog is old and getting more and more restless and tired.
Looking at him gives me great sadness and I am preparing for the day when the vet says enough is enough. My back is in serious pain after a back injury. I am really not too happy with my performance at work. My period is just around the corner. And I have a sore throat and a runny nose.
BUT it could have been worse!
I will climb up from the deep, and rest up so that I can continue my beaming life to the max.
Tomorrow I will force me and my dog out into the woods for a good walk, and make a lovely salad for dinner. That will cheer us up!
